Speed & Agility + Injury Prevention 

Join us in a program designed to enhance sport-specific speed, agility, and strength, to improve performance and reduce risk of injury! Participants will perform activities and drills that are not only fun, but beneficial to their development inside and outside of sport.

Matt Murphy, PT, DPT, OCS

Matt Murphy is a physical therapist who has been in practice for over 15 years in the areas of orthopedics and sports-related injury, and is a full-time faculty member at Binghamton University in the Doctor of Physical Therapy Program. He holds a Board-Certification as a clinical specialist in orthopedic physical therapy. Matt earned his bachelor degree in health and exercise science from Syracuse University and his doctor of physical therapy (DPT) degree from SUNY Upstate Medical University.

Chris Knerl, MS, ATC, CSCS

Chris Knerl has over 20 years of experience in Human Performance. Throughout his professional journey, he has successfully established research-based Human Performance Programs in various settings such as prominent healthcare organizations, high schools, and sports organizations. Chris holds certifications as an athletic trainer, strength and conditioning specialist, and exercise physiologist. He earned his bachelor of science degree in education and human sciences from the University of Nebraska and a master of science degree in exercise science from the University of West Florida.
