Turf Field Rental Agreement

This Turf Field Rental Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between Greater Binghamton Sports Complex ("Facility") and the Renter identified in the booking summary above.

Turf Rental Rates

• 7v7 Turf Field: $155.00 per hour (Registered teams in GBSC Champions League)
• 7v7 Turf Field: $175.00 per hour (NON registered teams in GBSC Champions League)
• 9v9 Turf Field: $310.00 per hour (Registered teams in GBSC Champions League)
• 11v11 Full Field: $600.00 per hour (Registered teams in GBSC Champions League)

Payment is due according to the terms established by Greater Binghamton Sports Complex.

Contracted Field Rental Season

Contracted field rentals are available annually from November 1 through March 31.

The Facility is closed on:

• Thanksgiving Day
• Christmas Day
• New Year's Day

These dates are excluded from all rental contracts.

Payment Terms

• Invoices are due within thirty (30) days of the rental date or the invoice date, whichever is later.
• Any balance remaining unpaid after thirty (30) days will accrue interest at the rate of 1.0% per month (12% annually), or the maximum rate permitted by New York law, whichever is less.
• Greater Binghamton Sports Complex reserves the right to suspend or deny future field rentals until all outstanding balances, including accrued interest, have been paid in full.
• The renter agrees to pay all reasonable costs incurred by Greater Binghamton Sports Complex in collecting overdue amounts, including collection fees, court costs, and reasonable attorney's fees where permitted by law.

Rental Conditions

The renter agrees to the following:

• Rental time includes setup and cleanup.
• The field must be vacated promptly at the end of the reserved time.
• Only activities approved by Greater Binghamton Sports Complex may take place on the turf.
• No food, gum, sunflower seeds, or tobacco products are permitted on the turf.
• No smoking or vaping is permitted inside the facility.
• Only clean, non-metal cleats or athletic footwear approved for indoor turf are permitted.
• The renter is responsible for the conduct of all players, coaches, spectators, and guests.
• Any damage to the facility or equipment caused by the renter or their participants will be the financial responsibility of the renter.
• Greater Binghamton Sports Complex reserves the right to remove any participant or spectator whose behavior is unsafe, disruptive, or violates facility rules.
• The renter agrees to leave the facility in the same condition in which it was received.

Contract Commitment

By reserving contracted field time, the renter agrees to the following:

• Contracted field space is reserved exclusively for the renter upon booking.
• The renter is financially responsible for all contracted field time reserved under this Agreement.
• If the renter notifies Greater Binghamton Sports Complex after October 1 that they are unable to fulfill or pay for any portion of their contracted field time, the renter will remain responsible for all charges associated with the reserved space until the Facility is able to secure another renter for the same dates and times.
• Any replacement of contracted field time is at the sole discretion of Greater Binghamton Sports Complex and is not guaranteed.
• Once a replacement renter has been secured and begins paying for the reserved time, the original renter's financial responsibility for that specific field time shall end.

Cancellation & Weather Policy

• Cancellations by the renter must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled rental to be eligible for rescheduling or credit, subject to Facility approval.
• Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice may be charged the full rental fee.
• Greater Binghamton Sports Complex does not cancel rentals due to snow or normal winter weather conditions.
• Rentals will only be canceled by the Facility if Broome County or the State of New York declares an official State of Emergency that impacts travel or facility operations.
• If the Facility cancels due to an official State of Emergency, renters will receive either a credit toward a future rental or a rescheduled rental date.

Liability

The renter assumes responsibility for all participants and guests during the rental period and agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Greater Binghamton Sports Complex, its owners, employees, and agents from any claims, injuries, damages, or losses arising from the renter's use of the facility, except those resulting from the Facility's gross negligence or willful misconduct.

Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of New York.
