We welcome all ages to our league. We do not have refs, we just ask that all teams adhere to our simple rules:

• The league is designed for no more than 6 people on the court. Generally, 3 men and 3 women.
• You can have as many women on the court as you would like but there is a MAX of 3 men that can be on the court.
• Men CANNOT spike (hit down) on the ball in front of the line bordering the net. Men CAN spike behind this line.
• Women CAN spike anywhere on the court.
• This is a recreational league, meant for fun and friendly competition.
