side. The Kickoff will be taken from the center of the field on the
referee’s whistle. Defensive team must be 5 yards away from the
ball. The kickoff is not a direct kick. The ball becomes direct when
it moves forward. After a goal, the game restarts from the same
point. A goal cannot be scored from the kickoff.
Game
Lengths: All games are 25 minutes long.
Yellow Cards: A yellow card
will result in a 1 minute plenty for the player and their team will
play down for that time. If the opposing team scores before the 1
minute the player will be allowed back on the
field.
The
Pass-Back Rule: The goalkeeper is ALLOWED to pick up a pass-back
to them directly from a field player, BUT is not allowed their hands
or arms when a ball is played back to them twice consecutively
without touching an opponent. Two consecutive pass-backs will
result in a direct free kick from the center of the court for the
opposing team.
Inbounding Ball: Corner kicks are a direct kick.
Goal kicks are indirect and may be kicked in or thrown in by the
goalie. Any other ball out of bounds can be put back in play as a
throw-in or a kick-in.
Offsides: There are no

Substitutions: Sub on the “fly.” Player may not
enter the field until the player being subbed for is off the field

field, a yellow card will be given to the last player to enter the
field of play. A direct free kick will be given at the center of the
field.
Minimum Number of Players: The minimum number

players on the field a forfeit will be declared and will result in a

least five yards away from the kicker. If the foul is committed in
the kicking team’s DEFENSIVE END of the field, players may not stand
inside of the goal post from the angle the kick is taken. Players
shall form a “Funnel” shape towards the post is allowed for any
player not taking the kick
If the foul is
committed in the kicking team’s OFFENSIVE END of the court, players
of BOTH teams must position themselves behind, or on the same line,
as the kick is taken.
NOTE:
When taking a Free Kick, Corner Kick, or In-Bounds Kick, a
player may place the ball on the spot of the foul and make a small
mound to elevate the ball’s position.
Free
Kick Start: A player who takes a Free Kick, or puts the ball in
play, may not touch the ball twice consecutively. Breaking this rule
will be punished with a Direct Free Kick at the point of
infraction.
Fouls
During Free Kicks: If any irregularity occurs when a Free Kick
is being taken, the following will apply:
a) If the
irregularity is committed by the team taking the free kick and the
goal is scored, the shot will be repeated
b) If the

be repeated unless a goal was scored, in which case the goal will
stand.

kick from the center of the field by team in possession at time of
stoppage, unless played out of bounds.
Penalty Kicks

the penalty box line..
Fluid

continuous movement.
Goalkeeper Position: When defending a penalty
kick, the goalkeeper must position him/herself and can only move on
the goal line between both goal posts.
Infractions During Penalty Kicks: If an
irregularity is committed by the team taking the penalty kick and
the goal is scored, the shot will be repeated. If an irregularity is
committed by the infringing team, the penalty kick will be repeated,
unless a goal was scored, in which case the goal will
stand.
Goalkeeper Restart of Game (Goal Kicks and Saves with
Ball in Play)
Restart: A goal cannot be scored directly
from the restart. A goal keeper may throw or kick the ball
into play.
Goalkeeper Scoring from a Save when the Ball is in
Play: When the goalkeeper makes a save or otherwise receives the
ball from an in-play situation, he/she can distribute the ball by
use of the feet or by rolling the ball underhand, side armed, or
overhand. A goalkeeper cannot score by directly throwing the
ball with their hands into the goal of the opposing team. The
goalkeeper cannot score if he/she kicks the ball in the air
(punt or volley) before it touches the ground after releasing it
from their hands. In either event, the opposing team is awarded a
goal kick restart. The goalkeeper can score if he/she puts
the ball on the ground and controls it with their feet during the
normal course of play.
