Spring Outdoor Soccer League

The Greater Binghamton Sports Complex is once again hosting an Outdoor Spring League to be played on our outside Turf field, and our new grass field.  

This league will be 8 games and will start after our indoor sessions are complete (late April), and go through the end of June.  We will be hosting both Youth/Scholastic and Adult divisions. 

 This league will follow the same format as the indoor leagues, only it will be played outdoors.  Thus, there will be ease in scheduling, and rostering non-club players.  The intent is to provide a more relaxed league environment and a place for teams that can’t get enough players for a full field to be able to play. 

 Highlights of League:

·        NO RAINOUTS for this league, if the field is unplayable outside it will be moved in the dome. 

·         Minimal travel is required due to our central locations and all games being played here. 

·         Concessions and facilities are available onsite. 

·         There are less roster and scheduling restrictions. Scholastic teams may play together without belonging to a club (waiver must be signed). 

·         The games are played on shortened fields, so a large roster is NOT necessary – allowing the team sizes to be smaller.  

·         League can be used as an additional practice for full-field teams, or provide a warm-up for full-field games

·         And, the league is VERY INEXPENSIVE!
