1st Session League will begin Mid-October 2011

Cost for adult leagues: $750 per team for 10 games

+ 12.50/Game Ump fees paid on the field per team

Wednesday evenings are used as make-ups or for rescheduling

2011/2012 SOFTBALL RULES

 

  • ASA Rules & Approved Bats.
  • Coed 5 Girls 5 Guys. Teams may play with more girls. But not more guys.
  • Batting order must alternate male, female or vise versa.

ADDED DOME RULES 

 

  • Home plate and the mat behind plate are strikes; off mat is a ball.
  • Dome is in play.
    • Caught off white portion of the dome is an out.
    • Line drive off BLUE is not an out if caught.
  • EVERYTHING IS NOW A LIVE BALL…..NO HOME RUNS.
  • GROUND RULE DOUBLE:         
    • OVER OUTFIELD NET ON FIELD 2.
    • Caught under scoreboard.
    • Caught in a goal.
    • Caught under a net.
    • Fair ball that bounces into driving range.
    • Bounces through center field net onto Field 1.
  • DEAD BALL:
    • Advance one base.
    • Field 1:
      • Overthrown ball that hits concrete.
      • Overthrown ball that goes over 3rd base side net.
    • Field 2:
      • Overthrown ball that hits concrete only.
      • Overthrown ball that goes over 3rd base side net.
      • NOT OVER THROWN TO 1st or 3rd THAT GOES INTO NET.
  • Foul ball off net on Field 2 is a dead ball.
  • Foul ball on a 2 strike count is an out.

MISC: 

 

  • PLEASE PAY UMPIRE.
  • No cleats or spikes.
  • No sunflower seeds.
  • No spitting tobacco onto field or on concrete.
  • If you must, please spit into bottle and throw away when done.
